We have started filming. It's very exciting!
We are using stop motion animation software and digital SLR camera's

Day 3

Coral Class and Emerald Class have created some amazing art work for the animation. We used watercolours and black outlines to create the look.

Day 2

Now both classes have two brilliant film ideas. We created storyboards thinking about the best way to show the drama using different kinds of camera shots and angles.

Day 1.

We are so thrilled at Skidaddle Animation to be working with Columbia School on a new project!

Our theme is 'The Moon' and Pearl Class and Emerald Class from Year 5 are going to make two animated films about the subject.

First we talked about Moon facts, then we watched a film of astronauts drinking juice and washing their hair!

When we had lots of information about the Moon we started to write our stories.
Everyone came up with brilliant ideas.
